Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines

Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines reminds me alot of some older games. The view is 3/4 top down view, which is ok, but in todays 3D world, it just doesn't cut it! Gameplay, while interesting can get fustrating very quickly. The computer controlled player tend to see better and farther than you do, which puts you at an immediate disadvantage. While the game teaches the use of team work, if you lose even one person, you end up re-doing the mission. Each person on your team can perform certain tasks that no others can do. For instant, your grunt is the only strong person on the team, capable of moving a 55 gallon drums around. Altho there is a method to move these drums if he dies, it is tedious and pretty much a waste of time. Same goes for the diver. One he's dead, your team ends up being stranded. One level in particular that annoyed me to no end requires you to set a satchel charge out for a tank to run over (or at least near), but every time you walk anywhere near the path the tank takes, you get riddled with bullets from the machinegun mounted on the tank. Nice game, but it ended up being more fustrating than fun.
